HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact our customer team within 24 hours of receiving the item by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Make sure to include details of your order, order number, and short description of the issue.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and Exchanges can be made by sending us an email at email@example.com. Returns will be processed via credit with in 48 to 72 hours.

There is a 24 hour warranty from the day it is received, on every product in our store.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Once the items have been received back at our offices they are sorted with 48-72 hours and the credit will be issued to you.

There are times when the items delivered can come damaged due to rough delivery. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to remedy this!

We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
